Most of the work in my portfolio isn't a brochure site but systems a business opens and uses every day — from milk intake to supplier accounts, from bookings to an assistant that answers the phone.
I started with company websites. After a while I kept hearing the same sentence from different clients: “The site looks great, but the real work is still in Excel.” That sentence moved me to the operations side: stock, accounts, orders, appointments, shifts.
I'm a co-founder of TemCraftTech. The agency side taught me that delivering a project and keeping it running smoothly for years are two different jobs. Today I start every project with the second one in mind.
I live in Izmir and work with businesses in Germany, across Europe and in Türkiye. In Germany, data protection and advertising law are boundaries I respect from day one. In Türkiye the focus is on manufacturing and food businesses: moving years of data out of an old program onto the web without losing any of it.
I monitor the projects I run from a panel I wrote myself, and I've handed repetitive work like audits, research and proposal drafting to AI agents. My rule is simple: people make the decisions, machines do the calculations.
Double bookings, edits to a closed period, the same record entered twice: I don't leave these to someone's attention. Wherever possible, the database simply doesn't allow them.
Choosing one thing means giving up another. Under every decision in my case studies, I state plainly what I gave up.
Sometimes the best decision is not adding a feature. If a catalogue site without a shopping cart suits your business better, that's what I'll recommend.
No performance score or figure appears on this site without a measurement behind it. Every claim can be checked again.
Names, balances, phone numbers and addresses never appear in a case study or screenshot. I describe the work, not your data.
After launch, monitoring is in place to show the system keeps working correctly. Tests and monitoring are part of the scope.
