Internal System

Since 2007 the business had been running a desktop system on a single computer: Suttek.exe, Paradox files on Delphi/BDE.
Booking System
VAP Turizm
Transfer requests arrived by phone and messaging; the record of the request, the price quoted and what happened afterwards did not live in the same place.

Code is the shortest part of the process
Specification
The scope is written before the code. The specification for my largest project runs to 30 sections; which decision was taken and why lives there, not inside the code.
Delivered in pieces
Every step ships a working slice. Changes to the data structure go out in a form that can be rolled back.
Pre-launch audit
An audit crew I wrote myself scans the project for performance, accessibility, security, SEO and KVKK/GDPR.
Post-launch monitoring
The projects I have taken live are monitored from a single dashboard: domain expiry, SSL, HTTP status, deployment and search console.
